Enter your purchase reference and checkout email. If eligible, we will send a secure email confirmation link to complete the refund request.

1. Enter purchase reference and the same email used at checkout.
2. Open the confirmation email and click the secure link.
3. After confirmation, refund processing begins and access is disabled.
