Request a refund

Enter your purchase reference or product key and checkout email. If eligible, we will send a secure email confirmation link to complete the refund request.

1. Enter the purchase reference from checkout, or the product key you received.
2. Enter the same email used at checkout.
3. Open the confirmation email and click the secure link.
4. After confirmation, refund processing begins and access is disabled.
